Jennifer Bernhard – mindfulness trainer with 12 years of experience in stress management and meditation. She leads weekly online retreats for working professionals.

Karin Fiala – certified yoga teacher and expert in gentle movement sequences. Her focus is on back-friendly exercises for everyday life.

Ralph Burtscher – digital detox coach and author. He has given over 200 workshops on the conscious use of screen time.
